Alyssa Freire (uh-LIS-uh FRAY-er)

Alyssa Freire is the Founder and Executive Producer of Show Run Services, a boutique production management company specializing in corporate and nonprofit live events.

Named a Rising Star by Smart Women in Meetings in 2023, Alyssa brings a rare combination of technical depth and operational leadership to every show she produces. At SRS, that means a single point of accountability across every department, every vendor, and every cue — from the first planning call through final wrap.

She serves as Director of Program Management at AV Educate, the industry’s leading AV training platform and a proud partner of SRS. SRS also supports the Event Safety Alliance, a reflection of the company’s commitment to professional standards across the industry.
